Your people aren't engaged at work.

Are you concerned about your company's employee satisfaction? According to a Gallup report, only 15% of employees worldwide are engaged in their workplace. More worryingly, 18% are ACTIVELY disengaged.

This is a severe issue as the lack of engagement not only leads to low productivity, high turnover, and potentially poor customer service; it can erode your company from within.

However, help is at hand. Through hundreds of conversations, I have uncovered the secrets of successful companies. The reasons for their success may not be what you'd initially think. The understanding of success and the feeling of being successful isn't as straightforward as it might seem.

If we work together, I’m willing to make a bold promise. Not only will your employee satisfaction increase, but you will also attract new employees who will contribute positively to engagement, enthusiasm, and ultimately, your bottom line.

To give you a taste of what to look out for in your organization, here are three key points:

  • Purpose Employees who feel that their work has a deeper meaning or purpose are more likely to be engaged and satisfied with their jobs. This not only leads to higher employee satisfaction but also boosts productivity.

  • Autonomy Being seen and heard is crucial, and not just at bi-weekly board meetings. When your employees feel their opinions matter and trust is expressed, they work better and are more engaged.

  • X-Factor This point is individual. When I step into a company and pinpoint what's going wrong and, crucially, what's going right, it's never the same element that gets the system running smoothly. This process requires both you and I to be curious. It also requires the realization that what worked before might not work now. Large changes need to be implemented with leadership spreading joy and positivity. After all, if leadership doesn't believe in the change, neither will the employees.

In an era where employee engagement and satisfaction are lower than ever, I am undeniably the perfect partner to help reverse this trend. As Denmark's only dedicated execution mentor, I won't stop until the goal is achieved.
